* Winners will be notified individually about the venue via text message.

<Instructions for Identity Verification>

- Please bring ‘your physical ID card’ to the venue for identity verification. Please note that your entry may be denied if you fail to show ‘your physical ID card’ at the venue.

- Video calls will only be made using the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk. Please prepare a phone that is compatible with the KakaoTalk app.

- To complete your entry when placing your order, please provide the information of the individual who will be participating in the event (based on the username of the individual placing the order).

- Please register the personal information required for this event by the deadline via the URL provided in the winner announcement.

- Deadline for personal information registration: July 16, 2023 (Sun.) at 3:00 PM (KST)

International winners: KakaoTalk ID and mobile phone number (+country code) required

Korean winners: KakaoTalk ID and mobile phone number required

* The registered name must match the order placer's name to participate in the event.

* Personal information can only be registered once by the winners themselves. Please register your information carefully.

* Event participation may be restricted if the submitted KakaoTalk ID does not match the account registered to the submitted phone number or if the phone number does not match that registered on the member’s profile.

- Only those who win the event are eligible to participate. Please enter the correct information of the individual who will participate in this event as the modification of phone numbers or information is not permitted once entry is complete.

- All winners will be allotted the same time per video call.

(Please note that the call may be canceled if the winner does not participate in person or invites another participant to the call.)

- This event will be held in the order of the numbers provided in the winner announcement.

- Recording and live-streaming the call on social media are not allowed.

- For smooth event operation, please refrain from calling or text messaging the event contact number.

- All autographed albums for winners will be shipped in order after this video call event ends.

- One of the albums purchased by winners will be autographed.

[Notice on In-Person Fan Sign Event]

 This fan sign event with the artist will be held in the order of seat numbers.

- This event is split into fan sign events for each member based on that chosen at the time of entry. The fan sign events for each member are all held at the same time.

- Identities are verified and number tickets are distributed about 30 minutes before the event starts.

- Please read the following cautions before the event and comply with requests made by staff members on site.



1. This fan sign event is held in accordance with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All sears are assigned through a draw after the winners' identifies are verified. Please arrive on time as entry is not permitted once the event has started.

2. There is no separate waiting area for the fan sign event. Please enter immediately once you have had your identity verified and received a number ticket.

3. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, you will be asked to apply hand sanitizer. It is recommended to wear a mask.

4. Gifts and letters may be given to the artist. Please deliver such items via a staff member as direct contact with the artist is not permitted.

5. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, a gap will be maintained between seats.

6. Only winners may collect tickets. Collection by friends or family members is not permitted.

7. Winners can pick up their tickets after having their identity verified by a staff member. Please make sure to bring a photo ID.

* For Koreans, resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, student IDs with a photo, youth IDs, and certificates displaying one's photo and resident registration number are accepted. Other forms of ID are not accepted.

* For non-Koreans, identity verification is only possible with one's English name displayed on their passport. Other forms of ID, such as student IDs, are not accepted.

* Only valid physical IDs before their expiration date are accepted for verification.

8. Depending on the circumstances of the area and venue, the event is subject to change or cancelation.
