The following information is about identity verification and cautions for winners who are invited to the show to celebrate NMIXX 3rd Single A Midsummer NMIXX’s Dream COMEBACK SHOWCASE [Docking Station : A Midsummer NMIXX‘s Dream].

NMIXX 3rd Single A Midsummer NMIXX’s Dream COMEBACK SHOWCASE [Docking Station : A Midsummer NMIXX‘s Dream]

- Venue: BLUE SQUARE Mastercard Hall 

- Date July 11, 2023 (Tuesday) 8:00 PM (KST)

- Performance time: About 90 minutes

- Winners: Notified individually via SMS or email

- Operating hours for ID verification & ticket booth: 6:00 PM~8:30 PM

- Entry time: 7:30 PM ~

* A winner badge will be given right after the announcement of the winners. After logging into JYP SHOP, check My Page.

* Make sure to bring a 'physical ID' with which your identity can be verified. If the winner's ID card and the personal information registered for event entry through the winner's badge shown on My Page of JYP SHOP are matched at the winner verification booth, the staff will directly distribute the wristband.

* The seats will be assigned at random. One admission ticket is distributed per person after confirming the wristband.

* If your entry wristband is damaged, your entry will be denied.

* Once the showcase begins, entry may be restricted according to the instructions of the staff members. Please arrive early so you can find your seat 10 minutes before the showcase begins.

* Please use public transportation as the parking lot is small.

[About Entry]

* Winners are recommended to arrive at the venue early as it may take some time to collect their tickets.

* The responsibility for any predicament caused by the ignorance of the terms and conditions specified here lies with winners. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

  <ID Verification before Ticket Collection>

- Once you have your identity verified, ticket collection is available from 2 hours before the showcase begins to 30 minutes after the showcase begins.

- Admission will be open 30 minutes before the showcase begins. Entry may be restricted once the showcase begins.

- Please bring your physical ID for winner verification. Entry will be restricted for those without one. (Please refer to the identity verification guide in the winner announcement. Identity verification is not available using a picture or via the webpage.)

- For students, please bring a copy of your resident registration certificate.

- Entry may be restricted for those who fail to have their identity verified.

* Please follow our staff when you enter the venue after the event starts.

 <How to Verify Your ID>

 - Please bring ‘your physical ID card’ to the venue for identity verification. Please note that your entry may be denied if you fail to show ‘your physical ID card’ at the venue.

 - Only IDs specified below are accepted for identity verification to prevent identity theft for event entry and ticket collection. Please see the IDs we accept below and ensure you bring ‘your physical ID card’ to the venue.

※ Acceptable IDs for personal identification

Korean: ID card, driver’s license, passport (issued before March 1, 2022), or youth ID card (Issued from a community service center)

Non-Korean: Passport (Foreigners must bring a passport)

* If you are not Korean, only the English name specified on your passport can be used for identity verification.

* Other IDs are not accepted (such as a student card).

* Only the ID cards before their expiration date are accepted for verification.

* You must bring your physical ID card to the venue. The picture, copy, and screenshot of your ID are not accepted.

* If you are Korean, your ID card must show your picture, resident registration number (13 digits), and name clearly. Your ID card must also be issued by a government authority.

* The certificate submitted as proof of your application for ID issuance must include the government seal of the head of the issuing authority, your picture, identity information, the issuance number, and the expiration date covered with a clear sticker. Certificates considered to be forged or falsified are not accepted.

* Any IDs that don’t show your information clearly are not accepted.

[Cautions for the Entry and Show]

- This event is held in accordance with the government guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Depending on the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic or the host, the event is subject to change or cancellation.

- The seats are assigned at random.

- Please ensure you wear a mask during the event for your safety.

- Those who were born before March 21, 2014 are permitted to enter the event. Those who were born after the specified date are not permitted to enter the event even if they are accompanied by a guardian.

- Food is not permitted in the lobby of the venue and at the seat.

- The technical equipment and setting for online streaming and filming may disturb you from viewing the show. Please note that you may be filmed or appear in our videos.

[Cautions for Event Entry]

1. Cancellations and refunds for items purchased during the entry period are not accepted after the event ends or the winner announcement is made.

2. Your event entry is processed based on the completed payment, not the order time.

3. Duplicate purchases are allowed for event entry. Only those who win the event are eligible for participating in the event. Any transfer to a third party is not permitted. (The win of those who violate this rule will be invalidated.)

The responsibility for any predicament caused from transferring/selling the entry ticket solely lies with those who violate the rule. Only those who win the event are permitted to collect the entry ticket and participate in the event. 

4. The winners of this event will be drawn based on the ID of entrants. Please use the Korean or English name specified on your ID or passport for event entry.

(Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)

5. Please make sure to bring a photo ID to the event for identity verification. Entry will be denied to those without one.

6. During this event, the use of personal fan tools (such as plan cards and personal banners) and the use of all video or recording devices, such as camcorders, cellphones, digital cameras, and recorders, are prohibited. Those who are caught making/using unauthorized fan tools or illegal items or filming without prior consent will have their recordings deleted and be asked to leave the venue. 

7. You cannot enter the venue without a face mask on. Those who take off their mask during the event will be asked to leave the venue immediately. 

8. Any change in your name and contact information cannot be made after the winners are announced. Please make sure you provide the correct contact number and birth date on My Page → My Profile on JYP SHOP.

9. When you enter into the event, the following personal information will be collected and provided to third parties for event operation and duplicate winner confirmation.

- Collected information: Name, contact number, username, birth date

- Purpose of collection: Event entry for the show to celebrate the release of NMIXX 3rd Single A Midsummer NMIXX’s Dream COMEBACK SHOWCASE [Docking Station : A Midsummer NMIXX‘s Dream].

- Personal information recipient: JYP Three Sixty, JYP Entertainment

- Period of retention & use: 7 days after the event ends
