* Winners will be notified individually about the venue via text message.

 - Make sure to bring a physical ID with which your identity can be verified. Please note that entry into the venue will not be permitted for individuals who do not have a physical ID.

- Video calls will only be made using the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk. Please prepare a phone that is compatible with the KakaoTalk app.

(Please note that this video call event will be held only via the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk.)

- To complete your entry when placing your order, please provide the information of the individual who will be participating in the event (based on the username of the individual placing the order).

- When winners are announced, a URL will be provided through which winners are required to register the necessary personal information for the event before the deadline.

- Deadline for personal information registration: May 4, 2023 (Thu) at 1:00PM (KST)

Required information for international winners - KakaoTalk username, mobile phone number, and country calling code

Required information for winners in South Korea - KakaoTalk username and mobile phone number

* The registered name must match the order placer’s name to participate in the event.

* Personal information can only be registered once by the winners themselves. Please register your information carefully.

* Event participation may be restricted if the submitted KakaoTalk username does not match the account registered to the submitted phone number or if the phone number does not match that registered on the member’s profile.

- Only those who win the event are eligible to participate. Please enter the correct information of the individual who will participate in this event as the modification of phone numbers or information is not permitted once entry is complete.

- All winners will be allotted the same amount of time per video call.

(Please note that the call may be canceled if the winner does not participate in person or invites another participant to the call.)

- This event will be held in the order of the numbers provided in the winner announcement.

- Recording and live-streaming the call on social media are not allowed.

- For smooth event operation, please refrain from calling or text messaging the event contact number.

- The autographed album for winners will be dispatched in order after the VIDEO CALL EVENT ends.

- Winners of this event will receive an autograph on one of the albums they purchased.

 [Notice on In-Person Fan Sign EVENT]

  This fan sign event with the artist will be held in order of the seat numbers.

- This event is split into fan sign events for each member based on that chosen at the time of entry. The fan sign events for each member are all held at the same time.

- Identities are checked and number tickets are distributed about 30 minutes before the event starts.

- Please read the following cautions before the event and comply with requests made by staff members on site.

1. This fan sign event is held in accordance with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All seats are assigned through a draw after the winners’ identities are verified. Please arrive on time as entry is not permitted once the event has started.

2. There is no separate waiting area for the fan sign event. Please enter immediately once you have had your identity verified and received a number ticket.

3. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, you will be asked to apply hand sanitizer upon entry. Wearing a mask is recommended.

4. Gifts and letters may be given to the artist. A staff member will pass on gifts and letters on your behalf as direct contact with the artist(s) is not permitted.

5. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, a gap is maintained between seats.

6. Only winners may collect tickets. Collection by friends or family is not permitted.

7. Winners can pick up their tickets after having their identity verified by a staff member. Please make sure to bring a photo ID.

* For Koreans, Resident Registration Cards, driver’s licenses, passports, photo student IDs, youth IDs, and certificates displaying one’s photo and resident registration number are accepted. Other forms of ID are not accepted.

* For non-Koreans, identity verification is only possible with one’s English name displayed on their passport. Other forms of ID, such as student IDs, are not accepted.

* Only valid physical IDs are accepted. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

8. The details of this event are subject to change or cancellation depending on the circumstances of the area or venue.
